I have bought and sold many houses using numerous Realtors but none have became a personal friend, like Callie has. From the first day, Callie listened to what I was searching for and endeavored to meet that need. We spent weeks looking
at many houses. As it turned out, we stumbled upon a 'for sale by owner' home that was perfect. The seller refused to pay any realtor commission. Even so, Callie prepared and handled all the documentation for both me and the seller at closing. Callie remained gracious through the whole process [ my husband and I gladly paid the realtor fee].
Callie is very knowledgeable of the real estate market and the value of a home. She has been a source of knowledge and advice to me and to others I know. I believe that Callie puts the interest of the client before herself and is a woman of integrity and honesty.

We met Callie a few years ago when we were looking for our vacation home. We walked into a real estate office and she was the one to help us. My husband and I liked her from the first moment we met. We told her what we were looking for and she was ready to show us properties. The more we met with her the more she got a feel of what we wanted in our vacation home.
